Why is efficient logistics important for returns?

Ans: You can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Ans:We offer prepaid return shipping labels for all domestic returns. A small return processing fee may be deducted from your final refund, depending on your location and the return reason.

Ans: Please place your items securely inside the original shipping box or a similar durable package. Ensure the printed prepaid return label is firmly affixed to the outside, completely covering any older shipping labels.

Ans: Final sale items, personalized or custom orders, and certain hygienic products (like undergarments or opened cosmetics) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective.
